Easy Cheese Loaf

2 cup Plain Flour
1 cup Grated Cheese
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 cup Milk
113g Melted Butter
2 Eggs whisked
Extra grated cheese for top

In a bowl place all of the dry ingredients and stir. In a separate bowl mix the milk, butter, and eggs. Add milk mix to the flour mix and stir till incorporated, do not over mix. Place in a standard loaf tin and top with extra cheese and bake for 35-40 minutes at 160 for fan forced or 180 degrees for standard oven (Celsius).
This loaf is so yummy toasted and topped with butter and served with your favourite soup.

Pinterest craft

Fun Photo Holder

Do you pin a thousand craft ideas but never get round to doing them. Well here is one easy craft.
Trace around a plate, approximately 25cm, then a smaller one for the centre on thick cardboard. I used an old vegies box from my local fruit and veg shop.
Then cut out cardboard with a craft knife, carefully!!
Trace around cardboard onto some coloured card and cut out.
Lay out pegs evenly around edge. Then glue into place with PVA glue.
Leave to dry. Attach to wall with a few balls of blue tac. And there you have it a clever little photo holder or note holder whatever you want holder.

Wow it's been a while!

It's been a long time between posts. A lot has changed since last time as I took a year off to study then had a baby the next. So now we have three girls. We are drowning in a sea of pink!! Also we moved house and are now living in a beautiful part of the Hawkesbury, Bowen Mountain. Please check out my Facebook page for what has been happening a few new things there
